This department is staffed by our qualified bookkeepers and an accounts assistant, and is responsible for the preparation of the monthly rent statements, as well as the landlord’s financial reports. Please see a sample rent-roll & disbursement account rendered monthly to each landlord.
Our books close in the middle of every month and the landlord’s payment’s are electronically transferred directly into a nominated bank account on this date. A cash flow statement is forwarded to landlords every month with copies of all disbursement vouchers as well.
Our property owners and Body corporate trustees have access to our online portal, where they have live access to the financial status of the property.
Tenants and sectional title owners also have access to the online portals where they have a record of all their rent / levy statements as well as a monthly comparative analysis of their monthly services used.
Please see also a sample rent/levy statement, residential & commercial. Note that the residential statement has a preprinted Standard Bank deposit attached which affords the tenant the convenience of paying their rent at any branch of Standard Bank.
With the aim of helping landlords and body corporates with arrears rent and levy collection, Zulberg Estates are now registered Debt Collectors, and working in conjunction with TPN (tenant profile network) credit bureau, hope to more efficiently and quickly collect outstanding arrears on behalf of our landlords and body corporates.
