Zulberg Estates has been administering & selling properties on behalf of landlords since 1968.Our core business is to maximise the investment potential of every property for the landlords benefit, while balancing the need to provide affordable, clean and safe accomodation for our many tenants, both residential and commercial.

We are currently managing 340 properties with over 3000 residential tenants and 220 commercial tenants.

We also do body corporate and section 21 Homeowners association administration with 121 sectional title body corporates and Homeowners association currently under our management. Zulberg Estates is, of course, a registered member of the Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority of South Africa, and is in possession of a valid Fidelity Certificate issued by the PPRA. We are also a registered member of NAMA (national association of managing agents), as well as the Financial Services Board (FSP3551).

We are also members of JPOMA (Johannesburg Property owners and managers association) which strives to address the problems of high density inner city dwelling.

Zulberg estates has also registered with the Debt collectors Council of SA to improve our passive credit control capability on behalf of our landlords
